NRM Solutions changes name to Axcess, commits to advanced customer service
BRIDGEPORT, WEST VIRGINIA — November 6, 2025 — NRM Solutions, a product developed to aid in the management of natural resources, is now Axcess. With the name change to Axcess comes heightened expertise in service and customer commitment as the company focuses on creating solutions related to royalty payments, unauthorized deductions, and record keeping.
“The name of the solution has changed to reflect the true value our royalty verification and data intelligence platform provides — real Axcess to your royalties,” said Samantha Flesher, Axcess Director of Operations. “Axcess has a new mission, advanced data integrity, and a wider selection of services, which can all be used for a variety of natural resources. Simply put, our solution can help customers protect their interests and maximize their royalties.”
Axcess expert services include mapping, abstracting, training and industry education, document management, lease interpretation (deductions and ad valorem), well check-up, paid well analysis, operator liaison/ negotiation of payment for improper deductions, and litigation support.
